The Sherman House at 2160 Green, is an Italianate with mansard roof built in 1876 for Leander Sherman, founder of Sherman Clay & Co. The three-level music room addition at the west end was added in 1901. A San Francisco Decorator Showcase in 1980, and SF Landmark 49, it is considered one of the finest examples of Victorian Baroque in the city.
